Geberit North America’s designer training programs educate thousands of designers, educators and students across the country at training centers, trade shows, industry events, CEUs and seminars across the country. To date, the total number of designers trained exceeds 10,000 and that is growing.
“We recognized the single biggest issue: a lack of understanding of the wall-hung concept in this country, coupled with an unfamiliarity with advanced flush valves. On the other hand, consumer interest was growing,” said Ronn Jefferson, Training Manager for Geberit. “We wanted to do our part to support designers by helping them get more information about modern bathroom design so they could meet their clients’ objectives. What was well known in European bathroom design is now rapidly growing in our country, and designers and their clients want to know more about it. Geberit training brings it home to them.”
Geberit stresses ongoing training for designers and plumbing professionals throughout the world. Affiliations with professional design organizations are also important to Geberit. The company aligns itself with design associations that emphasize the importance of education.
Geberit’s training programs include CEU courses, seminars across the country featuring leading authorities in kitchen and bathroom design, and prominent industry trade show training and presentations.
