Kohler Co., in partnership with Hajoca Corp., plans to open its first Dallas-area Signature Store in 2017.

The Dallas Business Journal reports that the store will anchor a luxury apartment and retail building located in the Knox-Henderson part of Dallas, which has a number of home furnishing and design stores.

Kohler has leased 3,660 square feet of space in the six-story, 182-unit complex.
