Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. acquired Bruce-Rogers Co. in a stock transaction completed May 23, 2016.

Bruce-Rogers Co., a plumbing and HVAC equipment supply house, serves contractors in western Arkansas, eastern Oklahoma and southern Missouri.

Bruce-Rogers Company has a legacy of commitment to customer service since its founding in 1922.

“We look for companies that align with Ferguson’s culture and our commitment to world-class customer service,” explained Ferguson CEO Frank Roach. “We are excited to welcome Bruce-Rogers Company and their loyal customers to the Ferguson family.”

Bruce-Rogers Company’s home office is located in Fort Smith, Ark.. It has 42 employees in its six branch locations in the Arkansas cities of Rogers, Russellville, Conway, Mena and Hot Springs. The Bruce-Rogers Company brand will continue under the new ownership, now operating as Bruce-Rogers Company, a Ferguson enterprise.

“It was a chance encounter between a Bruce-Rogers Company staff member and a Ferguson associate that resulted in this acquisition,” said President and General Manager Douglas G. Rogers, III. “This acquisition has the potential to be greatly beneficial to Ferguson, the Bruce-Rogers Company employees and the customers they serve. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the Ferguson associates in making this transition as smooth as possible.”
