Ferguson has acquired Andrews Lighting Gallery, Inc. in an asset transaction completed April 4.  Ferguson will conduct business from the former Andrews Lighting Gallery, Inc. locations as Andrews Lighting & Hardware Gallery, a Ferguson enterprise.

Andrews Lighting Gallery has showrooms in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla. The business has been operating for more than 30 years and is owned by Steve and Vicki Andrews, who purchased the company in 1989.

Ferguson operates 270 showrooms nationwide.
