David Keltner, current CFO of Ferguson Enterprises, named interim group CFO.

The Board of Wolseley announced May 27 that Simon Nicholls will not take up his position as chief financial officer of the organization later this year. 

David Keltner, current CFO of Ferguson Enterprises will be appointed as the interim group CFO on Sept. 1. The selection process to appoint a permanent group CFO will commence immediately. 

The company confirmed that Ian Meakins will retire on Aug. 31 and John Martin will succeed him as CEO on Sept. 1 as previously announced.
