Triangle Sales selects Infor to help increase productivity and revenue

New York – Infor, the industry cloud company, announced that Triangle Sales, a leading HVAC distributor, has selected Infor Distribution FACTS to help increase efficiency and improve service to its customers. In collaboration with Infor Channel partner DPI Information Services, Infor will help Triangle Sales eliminate manual processes and deliver real-time, unified data access for users to facilitate greater overall productivity and better-informed decision-making.

“Prior to this project, we were using an antiquated system that created data silos within our organization, which hindered day-to-day operations,” said Dan Edmonds, president, Triangle Sales. “We selected Infor because we felt they understood our business and could deliver the industry-specific functionality we were seeking, coupled with a user-friendly, intuitive interface that would enable an easier transition for our employees.”

By automating and standardizing processes using Infor FACTS, Triangle Sales anticipates a reduction in costs previously associated with paper-based operations. With all critical data consolidated into one system, users will have easy access to information as well as the ability to generate reports in real-time to analyze results, such as comparing profitability between sales employees, to help identify strategies that can promote greater success for the organization.

Infor FACTS will help to improve customer service by sending automated notifications to sales employees noting necessary follow-ups for bids and quotes. This will allow users to maintain timely outreach to potential customers, facilitating more closed deals and ultimately an increase in revenue. The application's robust search functionality also provides customer service representatives with visibility into all orders and shipments, so employees can provide accurate details regarding current location and time of delivery when responding to outreach from customers.
