HeatLink Group Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Laurette as vice president of sales and marketing, effective Aug. 31, 2026.

Laurette joins HeatLink following more than 20 years with A. O. Smith, where she most recently served as vice president of residential sales. Throughout her career she has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in market planning, marketing strategy, sales operations, forecasting and cross-functional team leadership.

Laurette is a graduate of Conestoga College and holds a diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Her extensive industry experience and proven leadership capabilities will make her a valuable addition to the HeatLink team.

Filling the role vacated by Wade Peterson (retired), Kim Laurette will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies and will report to Geoffrey Holloway.

HeatLink is a multi-system supplier of potable water and radiant hydronic heating/cooling and snow melt systems that began as a family-owned business servicing a number of industries, including plumbing and HVAC. The company grew to meet the needs of builders, contractors, and architects, and began designing and installing radiant heating systems in 1985. Since then HeatLink has grown into an industry leading manufacturer of radiant heating, cooling, and potable water systems for residential and commercial applications throughout the world.
