On July 16, Cintas Corporation launched the Spot the Worker safety campaign, designed to help companies move beyond compliance to ensure employees can be clearly seen and easily identified in real jobsite conditions. The campaign supports Cintas’ Apparel+ high-visibility uniform program and is designed to address the safety gap between meeting compliance benchmarks and the actual, unpredictable conditions frontline workers face on the jobsite every day.
Spot the Worker is open to all employers, safety managers, and frontline workers across high-risk industries where visibility is essential. Visit www.cintas.com/spottheworker to gain access to ready-to-use resources, insights, and guidance for keeping visibility standards consistent across shifts and locations, and practical frameworks for building a stronger culture of jobsite safety. The first 200 enrollees will receive a free Carhartt beanie.
Those who enroll will also have a voice in shaping what comes next. Campaign members have an opportunity to join pilots and influence future programs through feedback.
Cintas Apparel+ high-visibility uniform programs are designed to keep workers consistently visible, compliant, and easy to identify in high-risk environments. Programs include high-visibility garments and ongoing service, maintenance, and replacement to ensure safety standards are met every day. Spot the Worker combines Apparel+ high-visibility uniforms with simple, daily safety best practices to help companies reduce risk on the jobsite, improve accountability, and create a stronger culture of safety across their workforce.
