The Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP) has announced its upcoming "Miles That Matter – CIASP Virtual 5K," a nationwide event aimed at raising awareness of mental health and suicide prevention in the construction industry.

Scheduled for September, the virtual event invites participants to walk, run or take part alongside coworkers and crews in support of a shared mission: promoting mental health awareness, honoring lives impacted by suicide and fostering a culture of support throughout the construction community.

The event is open to individuals, teams and organizations seeking to make a positive impact while encouraging conversations around mental health.

In addition to participant registration, CIASP is seeking sponsors interested in supporting the initiative and advancing the organization's mission to prevent suicide and improve mental well-being across the construction industry.
