Rocket Group, a leading home services network and consulting company with 13 brands serving regional markets across the country, has selected Visalia as the home of its national headquarters. The 3,000-square-foot office space will open June 15, 2026, and will house a podcast studio, a sales-driven training lab and call center, and a dedicated training center designed to bring home service contractors to Visalia year-round.
The Tulare County headquarters marks a significant milestone for Rocket Group as the company centralizes operations and expands capacity to train and support home service contractors across the country. With the home service industry facing growing demand for skilled professionals and operational efficiency, the Visalia facility positions Rocket Group to deliver the hands-on training, education, and resources that contractors need to scale their businesses and build lasting brands.
"Opening our first headquarters in Visalia gives us a permanent home base to bring our community together, build stronger connections with contractors, and deliver the kind of hands-on training that actually moves the needle," said Victor Rancour, CEO, Rocket Group Holdings. "This is more than a building. It's a place where contractors can sharpen their skills, learn from each other, and take their businesses to the next level."
Rocket Group will host its first inaugural event at the new headquarters June 23-25, 2026, welcoming approximately 50 contractors for a three-day intensive focused on understanding their financial numbers, scaling operations efficiently, and building a competitive business in today's market. The event reflects Rocket Group's broader mission to equip home service professionals with the practical, proven tools and systems needed for sustainable, long-term growth.
"Rocket Group's rapid expansion across the country is proof that the model works. When you give home service contractors the right systems, training, and support, they scale fast and build something lasting," said Mike Mueller co-founder of Rocket Group, "We built this space for the contractor who is ready to take action, with hands-on training, proven systems, and a community of like-minded professionals who are all working toward the same goal."
Rocket Group’s new Visalia headquarters reflects the leadership team’s commitment to building a team-first culture and a foundation for long-term growth. Starting with a core team, Rancour plans to expand its workforce as it strengthens the infrastructure needed to support its growing network of 13 home service brands operating across Texas, Arizona, Washington, Oklahoma, and other states.
