Peter Perera brings 19 years of business development and client relationship expertise across diverse industries. Throughout his career, Perera has built and led teams from the ground up, taking a hands-on approach to developing high-performing organizations across diverse business environments. Most recently, he served as Business Development Manager at FedEx. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Sales and Marketing for Sri Lanka and Maldives at Rentokil Initial, where he led strategic initiatives across multiple markets.

Having successfully built and scaled teams across international markets, Perera has developed a proven ability to place the right talent in the right roles, creating high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
