Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) has announced the addition of Jeff Revlett to its team as director of sales coaching, where he will lead all HARDI sales training programs and serve as a key member of the talent development team.
Revlett brings more than 34 years of HVAC industry experience, building a career defined by continuous learning, team development, and innovative leadership. He holds a bachelor’s in business management from Murray State University and an MBA from the University of Miami. His leadership philosophy centers on clear communication, celebrating success, learning from failure, and ensuring that measurable goals drive meaningful results, an approach he’s used to inspire teams and foster a growth mindset among his peers.
“Jeff’s commitment to empowering people and improving performance aligns perfectly with HARDI’s mission to strengthen the HVACR distribution channel,” said Stella Keane, vice president of talent development at HARDI. “His experience and mindset will elevate the value we provide to member companies in need of effective, modern sales training."
Revlett’s addition represents the next step in HARDI’s long-term strategy to bring more training facilitation in-house. This will allow HARDI to offer greater flexibility in scheduling member-specific and private trainings, delivering more customized learning experiences to its members. By expanding its internal training faculty, HARDI ensures its programs remain up to date, aligned with industry trends, and responsive to the evolving real-world challenges facing distributors and their teams.
In his new role, Revlett will oversee the design and delivery of HARDI’s growing portfolio of sales training programs. He will play a leading role in the launch, facilitation, and coaching of participants of several new or updated programs in 2026, including the following:
- Inside Sales Excellence
- Territory Manager: Foundations
- Territory Manager: Profitability
- Dynamic Sales Leadership
These programs will expand HARDI’s ability to support members in long-term, holistic career pathing for sales professionals.
