Technician jobs in the field just got simpler with a new AI tool launched by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA).

Ask ACCA is a new artificial intelligence tool designed to help HVACR professionals get quick, accurate answers from ACCA’s trusted technical manuals.

Ask ACCA is built for contractors who need information on the job — and need it fast.

Instead of flipping through pages or scrolling through PDFs, users can now simply ask a question and get a straightforward response pulled directly from ACCA’s library of industry-standard manuals, including Manual J, Manual D, Manual S, and more.

“Contractors don't have time to dig through a manual in the middle of a job,” said Barton James, president and CEO of ACCA. “Ask ACCA is our answer. It gives contractors the answers they need —  fast, accurate, and straight from the source.”
