The PVF Roundtable Board of Directors has elected Caroline Capelle, business development director at Galperti Engineering USA, to join its leadership team. Capelle is the third member of the PVF Roundtable Young Professionals Committee to advance to the board, and she has been actively volunteering with the organization since 2019.

“I’m truly honored and grateful to have been elected to the PVF Roundtable Charitable Board," Capelle said. "It means even more to serve alongside so many people I admire and who have inspired me over the years."

With more than 15 years of experience in the PVF industry, Capelle is eager to take on a greater role in supporting the Roundtable’s charitable mission of raising funds for scholarships. Each year, PVF Roundtable awards scholarships to students at seven colleges and trade schools across Texas and Louisiana, supporting programs in engineering, instrumentation, welding, and pipefitting. With the organization’s ambitious goal of reaching $3 million in scholarship endowments by 2026, Capelle’s passion and long-standing dedication will be an invaluable asset.

"The PVF Roundtable has been such a big part of my journey in this industry, helping me grow both personally and professionally. It’s very special to now give back to the organization that has given me so much, and to support its mission of education, scholarships, and connecting PVF industry members," Capelle added. "Education is critical to keeping our industry strong, and I’m proud to be part of an organization that truly invests in the next generation.”
