Marcone Servicers Association is proud to announce that it has reinstated the annual tradition of hosting a major convention for appliance repair professionals.

Earlier this year, MSA brought its popular convention back after a nine-year hiatus. Prompted by its success, MSA has scheduled the event to repeat each of the next three years:

  • Oct. 26–29, 2026 – Caesars Palace, Las Vegas
  • Oct. 26–29, 2027 – Caesars Forum, Las Vegas
  • Sept. 24–27, 2028 – Caesars Palace, Las Vegas

“The energy at our 2025 MSA Convention showed just how much this industry values connection and growth,” said Trevor Souers, vice president of customer success. “We’re thrilled to bring that momentum to Las Vegas in 2026 and excited to confirm that servicers can count on MSA conventions for years to come.”

Attendees at the MSA 2026 Convention will benefit from dozens of specialty training sessions, led by the industry’s top experts. They’ll also be able to network with top appliance manufacturers and find sector-specific support options.

The convention also boasts inspirational keynote speeches, with the 2026 Convention including an address from Fox Sports analyst Howie Long. A 13-year defensive end in the NFL, Long is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He has appeared in a range of television shows, movies and commercials but is best known for his studio analysis as part of Fox's NFL Sunday team.
