The Winsupply Family of Companies has welcomed its latest addition with the opening of Winsupply Midlothian, Texas.
Led by President James Fulton and seven employees, Winsupply Midlothian will serve the residential and commercial HVAC industry. Fulton officially opened the business July 7, 2025.
The 46,000-square-foot facility includes 7,000 square feet of outside storage under construction. The site also has 12 dock doors for shipping and receiving, with construction underway on a 1,250-square-foot addition for training services and installation classes.
The grand opening will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 15, at 3090 Challenger Drive, Suite 400, Midlothian, Texas, 76065. Food trucks, games and giveaways will be spread throughout the facility.
Before joining Winsupply in June 2024, Fulton spent 23 years in the HVAC industry, working in positions including truck driver, counter sales, director of sales and territory manager.
The move to Winsupply rekindled his entrepreneurial drive.
“After attending the University of North Texas, I started a moving business — that’s where the dream of owning my own company started,” Fulton said. “The flame was rekindled when the opportunity to be a part of the Winsupply family was presented.”
Winsupply describes its business model as sharing, trusting and helping. It shares through equity partnerships, trusts local owners with autonomy and provides centralized support services. The company says this model encourages ownership, which drives people to work harder and produce better results.
“You are able to be an owner of a business in partnership with a fantastic company,” Fulton said. “The people I met on my initial visit to Dayton, to see if Winsupply was a fit for me and my family, made the decision easy.”
Roger Lewis, a Winsupply area leader, said the company continues to open new locations in Texas because of the state’s consistent economic growth.
“Texas is commonly ranked as one of the best states for business, and we’ve certainly found that to be true. The state’s lack of income tax and its friendly business environment are very appealing,” Lewis said.
Winsupply plans to open 20 new local companies across the United States in fiscal year 2026. Local companies are expected to generate nearly $8.3 billion in annual sales in 2025.
