The mikeroweWORKS Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2025 Work Ethic Scholarship Program. This initiative supports individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and are pursuing careers in the skilled trades — including plumbing, electrical, welding, HVAC, and more.

Applicants must sign the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge (Skill & Work Ethic Aren’t Taboo), provide references, and submit a short video, among other requirements. The program is designed to reward those who show up early, stay late, and take pride in a job well done.
