RACINE, Wis. – Trade partners can be more successful and confident in recommending disposers and instant hot water dispensers after completing training at the new InSinkErator eLearning Center. Beginning with the “Disposers 101” module, these short, engaging modules will cover a variety of topics including category education, upsell techniques and technical product Information. The modules, which are designed specifically for plumbers, contractors, kitchen designers, showroom staff, wholesalers, builders and industry sales personnel, feature video, voice narration and interactive games. Segments can be completed in less than 15 minutes.

New modules are expected to be released quarterly, and those who register by March 15, will have a chance to win an all-inclusive four-day cruise to the Bahamas and other prizes in an electronic scratch-off game. Completion of the first training module gives participants a second chance to win a GoPro Hero camera, designer sunglasses or a rolling 48-can speaker cooler.
