Fujitsu General America recently opened a new warehouse in Aurora, Illinois, increasing its distribution capability in the greater Chicago area and throughout the Midwest.
At 160,000 square feet, the new facility increases Fujitsu’s warehouse capacity in the region by more than 400%. This allows Fujitsu to better serve its distributors and promote continued growth in the market.
“We’ve seen tremendous growth over the past several years, and with the global push toward heat pump utilization, we only expect this growth to accelerate,’ said Victor Gomez, Fujitsu senior vice president of operations. “The expansion of the Illinois warehouse is a vital component of our growth strategy and the next step in our commitment to better serve our customers.”
All product lines will be stocked at the facility, including Airstage H-Series, J-Series, V-Series, and Unitary equipment. The Westinghouse line is also supported by the new facility.
