Mikrofill Systems Ltd. (Mikrofill), part of the U.K.-based Stuart Turner Group, has appointed Ohio-based Midwest Spec as its first plumbing wholesale-channel representative for the United States. The firm will be introducing the Mikrofill 3 line to mechanical engineers, contractors and distributors working on commercial construction, renovation and maintenance projects in Kentucky, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and — new for 2022 — Midwest Spec recently launched into the state of Indiana.
Established in 2006 through the merger of Morrissey Associates and Select Spec Sales, Midwest Spec is one of the most diversified, dynamic and experienced rep agencies in the Midwest. Based out of two office-warehouses in Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio, the agency fields a team of dedicated inside and outside sales professionals servicing its five-state territory.
Proven effective in the United Kingdom for more than two decades, the unique Mikrofill 3 is the most advanced, “direct-type” pressurization unit available for sealed, low-pressure hot-water (LPHW) and chilled-water (CHW) commercial and multifamily residential applications. Able to fill any heating or chilled water system from empty without the use of a pump, the product also delivers commercial backflow protection with no RPZ valves, while also providing comprehensive electronic pressure management.
