Duravit North America has promoted Duravit National Account Manager Mike Socha to central regional sales manager responsible for growing the brand while meeting aggressive sales goals. Mike’s vast experience developing and partnering with the Ferguson Enterprises account has prepared him for this strategic development role.
“Mike has showcased a history of success and positive energy in creating growth driving initiatives, team collaboration, customer training, developing our showroom strategy, and more,” said Bob Downie, president of Duravit, Americas. “We are confident that Mike’s strategic planning experience as well as his aptitude for relationship building will ensure Duravit’s success within the wholesale channel.”
Joining Duravit North America in 2016 as a southeast regional sales representative, Socha has worked across several teams and business segments. Prior to this role he worked at both the branch and national sales levels at Ferguson Enterprises.
Additional roles, which include over 15 years of experience in the design industry, encompass management positions with Coastal Construction, Stan Hunt & Associates, and an entrepreneurial position with Tub Guard. Socha is based in Michigan and will continue to report to Kerry Rudd, vice president of sales for Duravit North America.
