Native Trails, a premier artisan-crafted kitchen and bathroom brand creating time-honored, luxurious pieces with a positive social impact, has announced the hiring of a new eastern regional manager, Lauren Rademacher, and the promotion of Stan Artman to vice president of sales.

An industry professional, Rademacher brings a wealth of industry knowledge, adding 12 years of highly impactful experience to the Native Trails roster. For nearly five years, she leveraged her skills as territory manager for Futura Sales. There, she successfully and consistently exceeded growth goals for Native Trails, and several other lines under her domain. Prior to her role with Futura, Rademacher worked as a plumbing specialist for Gerhard's, the showroom division of First Supply, and as a showroom specialist for NCS Corp., a manufacturers' representative agency based in Minnesota. She represented Delta Faucet Co. and Newport Brass throughout her professional career. Rademacher is deeply dedicated to her work, proven in her ability to develop impactful relationships with designers, developers, contractors, and wholesalers in her previous roles. She currently resides in Providence, Rhode Island.

"I have admired Native Trails since I entered this industry out of college," Rademacher said. "I absolutely love the story and vision that our inspired and dynamic leader, Naomi, started over 25 years ago. There is a true passion for sustainable design and unique products that is simply unmatched in this industry. There is also a great sense of mission in both supporting sustainability, but also improving the lives of our artisans while we bring unique beauty to living spaces across the country. I am incredibly grateful for my new career and look forward to a bright and successful future with Native Trails!"

A part of the Native Trails family since 2014, Stan Artman brings his 30-plus years of sales experience and industry knowledge to this expanded role. Throughout his time with Native Trails, Artman has worked in several positions increasing sales and expanding the company's influence within the builder and designer segments. His last eight years of sales and business development efforts has further enhanced the brand's ability to present market-driven opportunities to its targeted segments, while assisting in Native Trails' expansion to adjacent market verticals.

"Being a part of Native Trails these past eight years has been the highlight of my career," Artman said. "It's so gratifying to be involved with a company that makes homes, as well as hospitality and other unique spaces, beautiful. We do so through our deep commitment to our brand pillars of supporting artisan communities throughout the world, and our support of sustainability through the materials and processes used in our product offering. We have an amazing and focused visionary leader in Naomi, as well as an awesome team of associates dedicated to improving lives through the Native Trails brand.  I am looking forward to the opportunity to further drive our market growth in this role leading our great regional sales team, working with our sales agencies, and enhancing relationships with our dealers and other industry partners."
