OS&B Plumbing and Serenity have announced the promotion of Greg Gillespie to the position of business development manager, effective Jan. 1, 2022.

Gillespie's wealth of experience in customer solutions, customer service, and effective communications, along with his 30-plus years industry experience made him an excellent candidate for this position. The company would like to congratulate Gillespie as he takes on his new responsibilities with the company's U.S. sales and marketing partners and customers.
