Mike Rowe Releases Christmas Song to Raise Funds for Skilled Trades Scholarships

On Dec. 8, "Dirty Jobs" host Mike Rowe appeared on "Fox & Friends" with mikeroweWORKS Foundation scholarship recipient Chloe Hudson to discuss his new song, "Santa's Gotta Dirty Job," as well as Hudson's career as a welder.

Proceeds from downloads of the song, which Rowe recently released with country musician John Rich, will benefit the foundation, which promotes trades and apprenticeships.

"There's a scholarship plan out there for everything, from academic to athletic to artistic," said Rowe. "But, to affirmatively reward work ethic means looking for people like Chloe...she's an unbelievable welder."

Proceeds from the song will also benefit Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that helps provide the families of fallen and disabled service members educational scholarships.
