Alphalete Plumbing & Heat, a leading plumbing contractor, serving Colorado Springs and additional southern Colorado locations since 2015, is honored to be recognized as the business of the year and its founder, Diego Lujan, as rising professional of the year by the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
"On behalf of the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber, I am pleased to inform Alphalete Plumbing & Heat that it has been selected as this year's Hispanic Rising Professional of the Year and the Hispanic Business of the Year. Thank you for your tremendous investment in our community and your entrepreneurial spirit. You have truly made an exceptional impact," said Joe V. Aldaz, Jr., president and CEO of the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Recently noted as the first to offer virtual troubleshooting of plumbing and heating issues over a mobile device in the region, saving time and money for residential customers, Alphalete's virtual services were created in early 2019 to help customers who wanted instant troubleshooting on plumbing issues. The service became widely adopted by customers in 2020 as people began limiting in-person interactions due to COVID-19. Because of the rise in calls for the virtual service, Alphalete created a website to outline the service's ease of use and process for scheduling an appointment.
"Our entire organization is overwhelmed and grateful by this recognition from the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce," said Diego Lujan, founder of Alphalete Plumbing & Heat. "These two awards are a testament to our entire team's hard work and dedication to providing fantastic customer service and elite knowhow when managing plumbing issues for customers." We don't take these awards lightly as they motivate us to work harder, provide better service and tools to enrich the lives of our customers across Southern Colorado."
