ServiceTitan has been designated the preferred field service contractor software vendor for the Carrier and Bryant HVAC brands in the United States. The agreement will provide residential contractors for Carrier and Bryant access to automated solutions that streamline workflows and apply big data to help improve sales opportunities, increase profits and accelerate business growth. Cloud-based Pricebook sync — Contractors can stay up to date with seamless workflows between their custom ServiceTitan Pricebook and Carrier and Bryant’s content catalog.
Instantly delivered leads — Contractors can automatically receive job leads from the www.carrier.com and www.bryant.com web booking portals directly in ServiceTitan.
Seamless warranty process — There will be an integrated registration, warranty and claim processing workflow and tracking for everyone on a team.
