The Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) brought together the nation's top apprentices for this year's Plumbing and HVAC Apprentice Contest. Taking place at PHCC CONNECT 2017, future plumbers and HVAC technicians had three days to show off their skills in front of attendees.
