When Congress passed and President Donald Trump signed a $2 trillion aid package, historians were astounded that such an unbelievable addition to an already $20 trillion debt would be acceptable to all Americans without a murmur. 

Can you believe it! The second half of 2020 is here and looking much brighter than the first half, I hope.

The association delivered important insights to its members on federal infrastructure legislation and critical housing and trade issues during the PMI Virtual Legislative Forum on June 24.

The RPO will now provide mobile hand-washing stations to three primary schools, two high schools and five vulnerable households in the sectors of Muhoza, Muko and Cyuve. 

Contractors are poised for near-term recovery, however.

The company is encouraging people to send a letter to Congress at www.FoodAndWaterAction.org urging members to issue a national moratorium on water shutoffs during this time.

“Tackle a Tap” is a nine-week program that brings together a unique group of plumbing industry partners, local and international, in the fight against COVID-19.

The agreement gives the Navajo Nation the right to use water from sources located within Utah and adjacent to or encompassed within the boundaries of the Navajo Reservation resulting in depletions not to exceed a specified amount annually.

The technical program includes eight tracks, with 300 speakers, and offers an in-depth learning experience providing solutions, technology demonstrations and industry insights.

Titled “After COVID-19: Plumbing and Gas Considerations for Food and Beverage Establishments,” the June 10 webinar will feature an in-depth discussion about reopening food and beverage establishments after a prolonged closure or greatly reduced use.
