APR Supply Co. has enthusiastically announced that it has acquired the heating and air conditioning distribution business of American Air Distributors, based in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

“We are both family-run area distributors and now our companies will be able to offer an even greater variety of products and services to our customer base.  APR Supply Co. and American Air Distributors customers will grow and prosper together," said Scott Weaver, president and CEO, APR Supply Co.

American Air Distributors was established in 1994. Located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, the company is a heating and air conditioning equipment and supply distributor. The acquisition was complete on April 1 and is the 36th APR Supply Co. location in the mid-Atlantic region. 

APR Supply has recently been recognized as the “Supply House of the Year” by Supply House Times magazine. Its customer-focused culture and ability to change are cited as being instrumental to the company’s success.

It is APR Supply's intention to continue to grow at a consistent, brisk rate. It is expected to be accomplished through a combination of organic growth as well as by acquisition and new markets.
