The Collins Companies, one of the largest industrial distributors of pipe, valves and fittings (PVF) and engineered specialties serving the Northeast, has announced that it has been recognized for its “Commitment to Quality, Service, Teamwork and Overall Performance” by its longtime customer-partner, Riley Power.
Collins has worked tirelessly over the last several months with Riley Power to meet an aggressive delivery schedule on several large automated valve packages going to Riley’s nationwide customers. As is often the case with large projects, things can change and problems do occur. One of these projects was particularly challenging.

That’s because we truly distinguish ourselves by how well we deal with life’s problems, not its accolades,” said Brian Tuohey, president of The Collins Companies. “The entire Collins team is honored by this prestigious award.
