Twinco Supply (“Twinco”), a subsidiary of Power-Flo Technologies (PFT), has purchased the assets of Twinco Supply Corp. and will expand its operations to three new locations in New York: Huntington Station, Long Island City, and Manhattan. The acquisition expands PFT’s market, enhances its product lines, and provides it with the ability to offer additional products and solutions serving HVAC mechanical contractors.
Jerry DiCunzolo, owner and president of Power-Flo Technologies said that the company “is unique in its multi-faceted approach of providing services, supplies, and solutions to our customers’ projects from conception to completion, by offering in-house engineering, supplies, and support solutions. Combining the capabilities of Twinco with PFT expands our ability to provide our broader customer base with superior service and products.”
Steve Bergman, industry leader and co-founder of Twinco, looks to the values established by DiCunzolo and his family of companies to strengthen the Twinco organization.
“I’ve known Jerry for over 30 years on a personal and business friendship," said Bergman. "His values coincide with mine, I look forward to a long relationship with him and his family of companies, to maintain our customer and vendor’s needs.”
Kenneth Freilich and Glenn Gorelik will continue to manage the Huntington Station branch.
“I have been a personal friend of Jerry’s for over 25 years," said Freilich. "I always have had the utmost respect for him and his accomplishments. The entire Twinco team as well as our vendors are excited to be working with him and the Power-Flo Technologies group of companies in order to take Twinco to the next level of success. We thank our loyal clientele and look forward to expanding our customer focused footprint in the tri-state region.”
“I’m excited to be joining the Power-Flo family of companies," said Gorelik. "Twinco Supply will be a great addition to their portfolio of products and solutions that can benefit all aspects of the business. I am looking forward to working with our new team.”
