The Water Quality Association (WQA) is entering a second year of its Business Excellence program after recognizing 35 member companies in the inaugural year. Business Excellence calls attention to a company’s top performance within the industry and a commitment to high values and standards.
“We were proud to be able to single out these high-performing companies who took the steps to qualify for this honor,” said WQA Executive Director Pauli Undesser. “Consumers looking for help in improving their water quality can benefit by seeing who has made the extra effort to ensure that they have properly trained and certified staff and sell certified products."
For a water treatment provider or manufacturer to earn this distinction, it must meet the following qualifications: be a WQA Member company in good standing; sell or manufacture one or more certified products; and have at least one Certified Professional on staff
Business Excellence companies can renew their participation in the program yearly, as long as they continue to meet the requirements. In addition to being able to display the logo on marketing materials and in the online listing, Business Excellence members receive customizable news releases; recognition on the WQA website, newsletter and social media; and special recognition at the WQA Convention & Expo.
