Stack Bros. Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Superior, Wis., has agreed to pay $140,000 to settle an age discrimination and retaliation lawsuit.

The lawsuit was filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the firm, which operates in northern Wisconsin and Minnesota.
