As a result of ongoing growth and change, Tigre-ADS USA has completed two leadership changes designed to further promote the company’s strategic planning and project management initiatives.
Tigre-ADS USA has brought in Jim Moynihan as general manager, after the departure of Fabricio Rubine at the end of 2017. Moynihan brings decades of leadership experience to Tigre-ADS. He spent the last 7 years with Chicago Metallic/Rockfon as the general manager and vice president of Sales for North America. Prior tot hat, he worked for Allied Tube & Conduit for over 14 years.

"Jim has had numerous successful accomplishments throughout his career utilizing general management and leadership experience. His extensive background mixed with his vision, motivation and ability to empower a team makes him the perfect person to further strengthen and grow our company.”
In an unrelated move, Jay Eversoll, vp of Sales and Marketing will be retiring from Tigre-ADS USA. He will, however, continue on for a period of at least six months working on special project. Jay Molnar has agreed to join Tigre-ADS USA as the VP of Sales and Marketing reporting to Jim Moynihan.
Molnar has over 25 years of experience in various leadership positions both in sales and general management. He was with ADS for over 20 years in various roles. Some of the roles included Export Manager for ADS International and General Manager for ADS Europe, Caribbean and Exports.
“Jay has worked on many critical projects and areas in his previous roles and will play a critical role in guiding and providing leadership to the sales organization,” said Ferreira.
