Hulbert Supply has entered into an agreement to be purchased by Howland Pump & Supply Co., Inc.

Hulbert Supply was founded in 1947 by Donald Hulbert in Plattsburgh, New York, and is currently run by three grandchildren of the founder. Dale Miner is the president of Hulbert Brothers Inc. (Malone and Plattsburgh, New York), Betsy Miner is the president of Hulbert’s Tri-Lake Supply Inc. (Saranac Lake and Lake Placid, New York) and Doug Hulbert is the president of Hulbert Supply Co., Inc. (Burlington, and Brandon, Vermont).
Howland Pump & Supply Co. was founded in 1855 in Ogdensburg, New York, and currently has nine branch locations in upstate and central New York. In addition to two Howland Pump & Supply locations, the other branch are the following:
