Nexstar Network has added Bobby Hamilton to its training team as a trainer and sewer solutions specialist.

Hamilton became a member trainer with Nexstar in 2013, and will continue to teach Nexstar classes as a full-time employee. In his new role, he will help Nexstar member companies maximize their sewer solution offerings in private coaching sessions.

Hamilton, a third-generation plumber, was the chief architect in the growth of the sewer and underground department at Bob Hamilton Plumbing Heating A/C Rooter. They implemented the Nexstar Sewer Sales Program in 2008, and Hamilton helped grow it from $165,000 to nearly $7 million annually in the last nine years.

“His unique skill set and expertise and in sales and leadership will help members achieve similar success in their own businesses,” Said Nexstar Director of Training Keith Mercurio. “Nexstar is now able to offer two- to four-day customized Sewer Sales and Underground Management onsites for our members, as well as follow-up coaching and training through Bobby's new role.”

Hamilton joins a team of 39 dedicated coaches, trainers and support staff who work with plumbing, HVAC and electrical residential service contractors to help them improve their businesses.
