Continuous with her expertise are areas of legal compliance: handbooks and policies, leaves of absence, employee accommodation, wage and hour requirements, non-harassment protocols, termination, separation agreements, reductions in force, last chance agreements and management training services.
“HARDI is a fantastic organization, and I am excited to be a part of their growing repertoire of member services,” said Krivda. “This new offering provides much needed, readily available advice on the employer-employee relationship, without you having to have an entire HR team of your own. Now you can have an HR department, it's just off site. I look forward to providing HARDI members with the HR tools and knowledge necessary for running their businesses as smoothly as possible.”
