IPS Corporation has launched the IPS Connect online portal to enhance its customer service experience.
“We’re excited to bring these new online services to our customers,” said Mark Porada, customer care and pricing director for IPS. ”We continue to evaluate ways to provide value to our distributor relationships. IPS now allows distributors to control and access their account information online, 24 hours a day.”
Each enrolled distributor is now eligible for a personal “Connect” account featuring convenient tools to access order status, shipment tracking, inventory availability, pricing files, and more. Distributors can enroll online at http://connect.ipscorp.com/or by contacting customer service at (800) 888-8312.
“We have seen great acceptance with the first phase rollout of IPS Connect,” added Porada. “The system helps to further define IPS Corporation as the industry leader in service.”
