Ferguson Fire & Fabrication announces the acquisition of Atlantic American Fire Equipment Company, in an asset transaction completed Oct. 19, 2015.

Atlantic American Fire Equipment Company was founded in 1984 by Paul De Camara and Patrick Roche based on their vision of providing the best fire sprinkler system products and services in the market. Headquartered in Warrington, Pa., the company has grown to six strategically located warehouses serving a 13-state region from Maine to North Carolina.
