WinWholesale Inc., has added a new member to its Board of Directors. Annlea Rumfola, was elected by the WinWholesale Inc. board.

Rumfola is an information technology professional with broad experience shaping IT strategies and delivering transformative solutions for technically complex environments. She is senior vice president, Pharmaceutical Segment, Information Technology, for Cardinal Health.

She has been with Cardinal Health since 1991 when she started as an analyst in inventory management and has advanced since then to increasingly responsible positions.

We actively searched for an IT professional to join our board. Customer needs are constantly evolving and increasingly those needs involve technology. Annlea’s background and expertise will enhance our board as we continue to make important decisions about the governance of WinWholesale.”

WinWholesale is a privately-held company whose board is now made up of nine directors with the addition of Rumfola. The board includes three inside and six outside directors. All directors are elected annually.
