Wagoner, Okla. – K2 Pipe & Steel, LLC, a new joint venture partnership formed by Fred Kahn and Ted Kahn from Kansas City, Missouri, and Don B. Karchmer from Oklahoma City, is pleased to announce the real estate and asset purchase of the McJunkin Red Man Corporation's rolled and welded pipe manufacturing facility. The facility is in a transition period and currently is not producing pipe. The new owners have over 100 years of combined experience in the pipe and steel industry. K2 would like to thank the city leaders of Wagoner, who have shown tremendous support and commitment during the transition. The owners of K2 are pleased to be associated with the fine people of Wagoner and look forward to making a positive contribution to the community.
