Newport News, Va. – Ferguson Enterprises (Ferguson), the largest wholesale plumbing distributor in the U.S., continues to build on its appliance business through the acquisition of Builders Appliance Center, LLC (BAC). The company will now operate as BAC Appliance Center, a Ferguson enterprise. Builders Appliance Center is a family-owned appliance dealer located in Englewood, Colorado and is the largest luxury appliance dealer in the state. The company was founded in 1993 to provide builders and designers with expertise and support with ever-changing appliance innovations. BAC will continue to offer the great selection, knowledgeable staff and amazing networking events that builders and designers have enjoyed throughout the years in our award-winning showroom. “BAC and Ferguson both share the philosophy that if you take care of your associates, they will take good care of our customers,” said Ferguson CEO Frank Roach. “BAC has a great reputation in the market for customer service and will be a great complement to our exciting Denver plumbing, lighting and appliance showrooms.” “We are excited about joining the Ferguson team,” said Ken Jensen, CEO of Builders Appliance Center. “Our shared cultures of continuous improvement allows us to join forces and provide great service and support to the building industry in Colorado.” In 2014, Ferguson acquired Factory Direct Appliance and Karl’s Appliance. The company will continue to look for acquisitions that integrate seamlessly with Ferguson’s core businesses. Visit www.ferguson.com www.wolseley.com
