ThermOmegaTech expands Circuit Solver Line

August 4, 2016
No Comments

ThermOmegaTech is expanding its Circuit Solver line to include an enhanced Circuit Solver with an integrated union and optional built-in check valve as well as a complete assembly. As is the case with the original Circuit Solver, the CSU will also be NSF 61 certified.

The new products extend beyond ThermOmegaTech’s flagship thermostatic self-actuating balancing valve, the Circuit Solver, which continuously maintains the end of each domestic hot water supply line in a recirculation system at the specified water temperature. This simple in-line valve completely eliminates the need for time consuming and expensive manual balancing labor and equipment. It also minimizes flow through the system by only allowing small amounts of water to pass through once the set point is reached, which reduces system wear and allows for a smaller circulator that won’t consume as much power. The CSU and CSU Assembly include all the benefits of the Circuit Solver plus additional advantages not offered anywhere else.

The CSU comes with a union and an optional check valve built into the body. The stainless steel union features an integrated O-ring for a hand-tightened leak-free seal. The CSU Assembly adds isolation valves to both sides of the CSU to create a fully assembled valve that is leak tested with all the components commonly specified with balancing valves. The isolation valves feature Male x Female connections to minimize potential leak points, making it the simplest and most efficient valve to install.
