Service Experts, one of the nation's leading residential HVAC service companies, has signed a new franchise agreement in Colorado, marking continued momentum in the company's national franchise expansion. The agreement includes three territories across Colorado's Front Range, including Longmont, Fort Collins, and Greeley, and will be owned and operated by Mitch Rose and Chandler Sykes. The first location is expected to open this fall.

The new agreement reflects continued demand for Service Experts' franchise model, which combines more than 30 years of operational experience with the support, systems and infrastructure of one of the largest residential HVAC platforms in the country.

Before joining Service Experts, Rose spent more than 20 years in high-tech product management, leading multimillion-dollar business units and profit-and-loss operations. A U.S. Army Reserve veteran of 11 years, Rose said the move into franchising was driven by his desire to build something of his own while leveraging an established platform.

"I've spent my career building businesses within larger organizations, and Service Experts gives us the opportunity to do that in a way that's hands-on and impactful," said Rose. "The systems are already there, the brand is established, and now it's about executing at a high level and building something meaningful for our customers and our team."
