APR Supply Co., a fourth-generation, family-owned HVAC and plumbing wholesale distributor, will open a new branch at 2230 Third Avenue in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, joining its longtime joint venture partner Schaedler Yesco, who already operates at the location. The branch is expected to open with full operations underway first quarter 2027.
The move extends APR's reach across western Pennsylvania and brings its full line of plumbing, HVAC, hydronic and PVF products to contractors throughout Beaver County and the greater Pittsburgh market. With APR and Schaedler Yesco under one roof, local plumbing, HVAC and electrical contractors get a single counter for the supplies they need to get the job done.
It's a model the two companies have run together since 2006, when they opened their first shared branch in Chambersburg. New Brighton is the latest chapter in a partnership that has helped both grow well beyond what either could have done alone.
"When a contractor can pull electrical, plumbing and HVAC from the same place, we make their day easier," said Scott Weaver, CEO of APR Supply Co. "That's the whole point, and it's what keeps us in their corner."
"We've built something special with APR over the years, and New Brighton is a natural next step," said Farrah Mittel, president of Schaedler Yesco. "Our customers here already know us. Now they get even more reasons to walk through the door."
