Rapid Locking System (RLS), the leading provider of press-to-connect fittings and the HVAC/R industry’s most trusted brand team celebrated National HVAC Tech Day, which honors the men and women who are the backbone of the HVAC/R industry, by giving back to technician partners through hands-on training and meals. 

To celebrate HVAC/R technicians, the RLS team hosted a training session with Sila HPEC, where more than 20 technicians participated in an RLS training. RLS provided breakfast for attendees, and the event was coordinated in partnership with Johnstone Supply, highlighting the company's ongoing commitment to supporting contractors with education and resources. 

As the industry leader in press fitting technology, RLS has always kept the needs of HVAC/R technicians around the world front of mind when developing new products and training opportunities. That commitment is also reflected in RLS’ state-of-the-art training center and mobile showroom, which launched in 2024 to provide hands-on education for contractors across the country. The mobile showroom made a stop at Daikin Comfort in Earth City to provide sweet treats, goodie bags and a world-class RLS training session.

The breakfast and training sessions hosted on National HVAC Technician Day was with Joe Cotsis, regional sales manager at RLS, and the mobile showroom training was hosted by Caden Hill, territory sales representative for Texas and Oklahoma at RLS.
