Machuga heads Rheem's Global Technology Group including Controls Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Services and Cloud Architecture. He is responsible for developing and implementing the company's long term technology vision and strategy and has accelerated digital capabilities to strengthen collaboration across the business, while enhancing the experience for customers, partners and employees.

Rheem's Business Model Transformation award recognizes the company's shift from a product centered business model to one that delivers a seamless connected experience for customers and partners. The Manufacturing Leadership Council recognized Rheem's Digital First, AI Ready Platform as an example of how manufacturers are using advanced technologies to reshape operations and customer engagement.
