F.W. Webb Company has opened its new Queensbury, New York, store and warehouse at 369 Corinth Road, replacing its former Queensbury location on Highland Avenue. Built to supply residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, the 90,000-square-foot facility offers expanded inventory, enhanced amenities, and improved accessibility for the skilled trades throughout the region.
“Opening this larger facility strengthens our ability to support trade professionals with the products, solutions, and expertise they need to operate efficiently and grow their businesses,” said Bob Mucciarone, chief operating officer at F.W. Webb Company. “Investing in this new location is part of our footprint-wide strategy to provide state-of-the-art locations that meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
The new Queensbury facility introduces multiple enhancements designed to improve product availability, convenience, and technical support across a range of applications.
Expanded Inventory for Plumbing, Heating, HVACR, and Industrial Projects
The expanded facility features more than 20,000 products on site, including 1,500 new to the
Queensbury location, giving contractors a one-stop-shop for the equipment, tools, accessories,
replacement parts, and other key items they rely on every day.
Convenient Will-Call Pickup
For efficient product procurement, contractors can call, text, or order what they need at fwwebb.com and pick up their orders at a dedicated will-call counter.
On-Site Water Works Solutions for Underground Utility Projects
With additional warehouse space available, F.W. Webb’s Queensbury operation now offers products and resources from the company’s Water Works division. Municipalities, utilities, and contractors can now access pipe, fire hydrants, pipe fusion equipment, and other critical components for underground utility jobs.
Hands-On Training for Trade Professionals
A state-of-the-art training center accommodates more than 40 attendees for certifications, product demonstrations, and other technical instruction on the systems and tools used by the trades in the field.
Experienced Team and On-Site Technical Expertise
The Queensbury facility is staffed by longtime employees from the former location, several of whom have served the trades for 30 years.
“Whether a contractor or technician needs a water heater, commercial rooftop unit, boiler board, water filtration system, or another critical item, we’ve got it,” said Chad Bliss, general manager of F.W. Webb’s Queensbury operations. “Beyond the products we sell, our team has the expertise and industry knowledge to answer questions and offer ongoing support, making us a true partner in the success of the skilled trades.”
In the near future, a Frank Webb Home showroom will open at the facility. The bath, kitchen, and lighting showroom will give homeowners, designers, and contractors convenient access to faucets, toilets, showerheads, valves, and accessories from leading manufacturers. Additional information regarding the showroom opening and future grand opening events will be announced at a later date.
To support the expanded location, F.W. Webb plans to hire for multiple roles in sales, administration, the warehouse, and the showroom.
Bliss and Operations Manager John Crispino lead the Queensbury team. The store is now open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Customers can find store information, after-hours emergency contacts, and directions by visiting the Queensbury store page.
The Queensbury opening continues a milestone year for F.W. Webb, in which the company celebrates its 160th anniversary, expands its footprint across the Northeast, and launches a mobile app to bring the in-store experience to the jobsite.
