Paul Spradling Appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Paul Spradling has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer. Having most recently served as vice president of operations, Mr. Spradling brings deep operational knowledge and a broad organizational perspective to the chief operating officer role. Based in the Lancaster corporate office, he will oversee operational functions across the entire organization, ensuring strong cross-business coordination and the implementation of performance goals.

Bryan O’Toole Promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development

Concurrent with this appointment, Bryan O’Toole has been promoted to senior vice president of business development. In his previous role as vice president of business development, Mr. O’Toole led critical growth initiatives and worked closely with leadership to advance strategic objectives. In his expanded capacity, he will continue to drive business development strategy and support long-term growth initiatives across the organization’s diverse portfolio.

Both executives will remain based in the Lancaster corporate office, leveraging their combined decades of experience and industry relationships to strengthen the company’s market presence.
