Franklin Electric is bringing enhanced support and collaboration to water professionals with the launch of the One-to-One tool, now available on the latest version of the company’s FE Connect mobile app. The real-time support feature allows on-site installers and operators to give temporary access to off-site support personnel. These personnel can then view system settings or help with programming on compatible Franklin Electric products, including SubDrive Connect, SubDrive Connect Plus, SubMonitor Connect, and optional configurations of Cerus X-Drive. This new feature offers two fully secure sharing modes: Handoff for real-time programming access or View Only for read-only capabilities. The in-field user can control who receives access via a connection code.
